Q: Do you have shops in any other locations? Other countries?
A: In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store. You can safely and easily place your order directly online.
Q: Is this a legit company? Is this a reliable site for purchasing?
A: While it’s quite awkward to be asked this question, we understand, given that we are a new affordable jewelry brand. That being said, yes, we are a legitimate company and business and we reduce our profits because we want to make affordable jewelry for lovers.
About Our Products
Q: Are the stones real diamonds?
A: Most of our rings are made of 925 sterling silver and the stones are synthetic white sapphires.
Q: Will this jewelry turn my skin green?
A: No, our jewelry won't turn your skin green. Jewelry that turns your finger green is made of copper, while our rings are made of 925 sterling silver.
Q:For the black plated rings, I worry the black will be chipped off.
A: We have a rigorous quality control process to ensure the quality of all of our rings. The rhodium plating will not chip off. In the rare event something is wrong with the ring, please immediately contact our customer service so we can help solve your problem. If a problem should arise and it is within the time limit of the guarantee, we will make an exchange with you to replace your ring.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept payment via credit cards, paypal, western union & bank transfer. If your payment isn't shown at checkout page, please contact us.
Q:Is your packaging discreet? What does the box look like?
A: Your order will arrive in unmarked packaging to keep its contents a secret. All Orders are shipped out with Luxury Gift Package.
Q: How will I know if my order has been shipped?
A: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Click on the tracking number and you can access to-the-minute location information.
Q: I put the wrong shipping address, or made a mistake on my order, can you change it?
A: If you receive an order confirmation email and notice a mistake with the order, please contact us as soon as possible. If it’s after business hours, leave us a clear and detailed message with your name, phone number, and your order number (if available) via email [email protected].
Q: Do you make custom orders?
A:Unfortunately no. At the moment we are not able to take custom orders. However we do have Large selection of Engravable Jewelry which you can customize with your own message.
