Q: What materials are your products made from?
A: Most of our rings beads and charms are made of 925 sterling silver and alloy material. Since there are a lot of items featured, they are made of different materials, such as 925 Sterling Silver, 14K Gold plated, 18K Rose Gold. Generally speaking, you can identify the material from the items description.

Q: Does your tinnivi tarnish, rust or change color?
A: The color may become a bit darker than before as you wear it, but will not rust or fade.

Q: Can I wear it while swimming or bathing?
A: In order to maintain the gloss of the tinnivi, we suggest you not to wear it under a humid environment for a long time.

Q: Does the chain length include a pendant?
A: The chain length does not include the length of the pendant.

Q: Are all items made from pure silver or gold?
A: Pure silver and gold are usually too soft for tinnivi, prone to scratching and wear. It is therefore alloyed (mixed with other metals) to improve its durability, and make the gold more affordable and also makes different color combinations possible. Sterling silver is the world’s most popular silver alloy. tinnivi tinnivi is made from 925 sterling silver, uses 14k yellow or rose gold plating and coating on select 925 sterling silver pieces giving them an attractive finish.

A: We can add a birthstone/crystal or a diamond to most items on the available options of the product order page.

Q: How can I order tinnivi with special characters, such as numbers, punctuation marks?
A: We can produce the most special characters like @, &, $, etc, ... You can enter all special characters when placing your order.

A: As you know, we begin customizing your tinnivi immediately after you paid. If you want to change or cancel an order, please contact us or refer to our cancellation clause in return/exchange policy as soon as possible. If it’s after business hours, leave us a clear and detailed message with your name, phone number, and your order number (if available) via email [email protected].

Q: How long until I receive my tinnivi?
A: Total Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing time differs from product to product. Usually, it may take up to 4-6 business days. Shipping time depends on the shipping method you selected.

Q: Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other fees?
A: You will not be charged with any consumption tax. However, you may need to pay the customs duties by yourself.

Q: What if I DON'T like my tinnivi after receive it?
A: DON'T worries about it. We promise an easy 30 days return policy. If you don't like the tinnivi unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us first and return it as instructed. Upon acceptance of your return, the funds will be issued to your original payment account. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.

2. Do you make custom orders?

Yes, we do have Large selection of Engravable Jewelry which you can customize with your own message. Please contact our customer service to place orders. Please notice that: the change of the stone color and plating color is available while the material of gemstones and metal cannot be accepted.

3. Are the stones real diamonds? What is the material of the items?

Most of our items are made of 925 sterling silver and the stones are synthetic white sapphires. Unlike natural gemstones that are mined from the earth using large machinery, explosives, and unsafe working conditions, our stone was developed to be more durable with better optical characteristics than of a diamond while maintaining an ethical standard to protect our environment. 2. Why is my order taking so long?

We start to prepare since the moment you placed your order to make sure the product our customer received is the best one. It usually takes 7-9 business days to finish your order (except products in stock). Your order will be sent to you in the shipping mode of your choice after it has been completed. You can find this information on the product and checkout page.

3. How can I track my order status?

4. When will I receive my order?

All of our items are made-to-order. The estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.

We have three shipping methods including expedited shipping, standard shipping and free shipping. Free shipping is only for items priced over $30. The courier companies we work with are DHL, FedEx, TNT, USPS, etc. We will decide which courier to use to send your parcel based on actual conditions.

2. Can I change my shipping address?

If you receive an order confirmation email and notice a mistake with the order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. If it's after business hours, leave us a clear and detailed message with your correct shipping address, phone number, and your order number (if available) via Contact Us. Please note that you can only change the shipping address while your order is still in production. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address nor delivery options.

What is your return policy?

For all Refundable Items: We will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Shipping fee will not be refunded if the items are made and prepared in the correct way. However, items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense. To receive a full refund, if eligible, please contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition. All items must be returned in a new and unworn condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
